- 1 -基于 CAN 网采用滑动窗口技术传输电网故障信息的方案实现唐喜 1 孟岩 1(北京四方继保护自动化股份有限公司研发中心 北京 100085)摘要:针对 CAN(Controller Area Network)网传输智能电子设备 IED(Intelligent Electronic Device,以下简称 IED)信息速度慢的现状,提出基于 CAN网结构采用滑动窗口技术实现 IED内部各通信插件之间信息交换的方法,将以太网 TCP/IP协议中的“一问多答” 、 “断点续传”等先进技术应用到 CAN网,可使IED大量的描述信息准确、快速交换,尤其是 IED长时间故障录波后,可快速上传到分析终端进行故障诊断,缓解 IED嵌入式系统的缓冲压力,提高 IED长时间故障录波次数,满足国内外市场对 IED 连续故障录波能力的高要求。对比试验发现,与传统的“停止-等待协议”相比, “滑动窗口协议”传输电网故障信息更加高效,同时“滑动窗口协议”配置灵活,通过设变窗口尺寸,即可兼容“停止-等待协议” 。此技术也可用于 IED其它信息要求快速交换的场合。关键词:IED; 滑动窗口; 停止-等待协议; 嵌入式系统0 引言电力行业正在飞速发展,电力系统不断壮大,快速、准确定位电网故障显得尤为重要,从而用户对 IED故障录波 [1]能力要求也不断提高,迫使各大 IED生产厂家不断推出新的硬件、软件平台,随着近几年电子工业的发展,硬件不断网络化,软件网络化也有了新的进展,但出于对 IED实时性的特殊要求,保护软件直接借用TCP/IP协议 [2]显然不能满足快速性要求,为此需要采用简单、可靠协议,通常各 IED生产厂家对 IED内部各插件之间的通信协议均是自己制订,没有统一的标准,在对故障录波能力要求不高的情况下,都可以满足要求。但随着国内外市场对 IED故障录波能力要求的不断提高,传统的软件协议已不能满足要求。故障录波存储容量、传输速度、打印速度等已成为衡量 IED能力的一个重要指标。以往电网出现大扰动时,故障复杂,再加上连续故障,大多数IED的故障录波并不理想,有的因为故障录波超过存储容量,更多的还是因为 IED嵌入式系统 [3]缓冲受限,故障录波后不能及时存储、上传至远方,造成录波数据丢失,即使不丢失,想及时查看故障波形也需要等待好长时间,原因就在于大多数 IED对于录波处理采用传统的“停止-等待协议”[4],不能满足录波容量大、快速传输的要求,成为 IED录波处理能力的瓶颈。本文提出的滑动窗口技术可以打破此瓶颈,提高 IED录波处理能力的性能指标,并给出基于 CAN网的实现方案及对比试验。1 原理CAN[5]属于现场总线的范畴,它是一种有效支持分布式控制或实时控制的串行通信网络。CAN已经形成国际标准,并已被公认为几种最有前途的现场总线之一。CAN具有十分优越的特点,使人们乐于选择。这些特性包括: ? 低成本 ? 极高的总线利用率 ? 很远的数据传输距离(长达10Km) ? 高速的数据传输速率(高达1Mbit/s) ? 可根据报文的ID决定接收或屏蔽该报文 ? 可靠的错误处理和检错机制 [6] ? 发送的信息遭到破坏后,可自动重发 ? 节点在错误严重的情况下具有自动退出总线的功能 - 2 -? 报文不包含源地址或目标地址,仅用标志符来指示功能信息、优先级信息CAN网上对于一些简单应用,可以采用“停止-等待协议” ,即传统意义上的“一问一答式协议” ,(主要流程如图 1所示)。但对于数据量大、实时性要求高的场合,“停止-等待协议”不能满足要求,本文提出“滑动窗口协议” ,对比二者原理上的优缺点后,即可以发现“滑动窗口协议”的优势。1.1

基于 CAN 系统的网络控制设计 现场总线(Fieldbus)是指开放式、国际标准化、数字化、相互交换操作的双向传送、连接智能仪表和控制系统的通信网络。它作为工厂数字通信网络的基础,沟通了生产过程现场及控制设备之间及其与更高控制管理层次之间的联系。它不仅是一个基层网络,而且还是一种开放式、新型全分布控制系统。这是一项以智能传感、控制、计算机、数字通讯等技术为主要内容的综合技术,是信息化带动工业化和工业化推动信息化的适用技术,是能应用于各种计算机控制领域的工业总线,因现场总线潜在着巨大的商机,世界范围内的各大公司投入相当大的人力、物力、财力来进行开发研究[1]。当今现场总线技术一直是国际上各大公司激烈竞争的领域,由于现场总线技术的不断创新,过程控制系统由第四代的 DCS 发展至今的 FCS(Fieldbus Control System)系统,已被称为第五代过程控制系统 [2]。而 FCS 和 DCS 的真正区别在于其现场总线技术。现总线技术以数字信号取代模拟信号,在 3C(Computer 计算机、 Control 控、Commcenication 通信)技术的基础上,大量现场检测与控制信息就地采集、就地处理、就地使用,许多控制功能从控制室移至现场设备。由于国际上各大公司在现场总线技术这一领域的竞争,仍未形成一个统一的标准,目前现场总线网络互联都是遵守 OSI 参考模型[3]。由于现场总线以计算机、微电子、网络通讯技术为基础,这一技术正在从根本上改变控制系统的理念和方法,将极大地推动整个工业领域的技术进步,对工业自动化系统的影响将是积极和深远的。 现场总线技术是当代工业数字通信的前沿技术,是计算机技术、通信技术和自动化控制技术的集成,也是信息技术、测量技术在信息时代的体现。现场总线技术经过 10 年的研发、试验和局部应用阶段,现已开始大量地在中小系统中应用,并开始在超大规模的自动化系统工程中应用。现场总线技术是工业数字通信时代的先驱,它的出现正在引起工业控领域的一次前所未有的技术革命。现场总线不仅仅是分散于最底层的控制系统,而且是建立于整个工业体系的通信系统,它的通信协议建立在控制策略之上,标准的编程语言(DDL)和强大的通信功能,使现场总线控制系统成为贯彻操作者意志的最得力的工具,由于其巨大的技术优势,被认为是工业控制发展的必然趋势,将逐步取代传统的控制方法。CAN 总线 (Control Area Network,控制局域网络) 最初是由德国 Bosch 公司为汽车内部的监控系统而设计的,世界上一些著名的汽车制造厂商,如 BENZ,BMW,PORSCHE,ROLLS-ROYCE 等都己采用 CAN 总线来实现汽车内部控制系统与各检测和执行机构间的数据通信[6]。CAN 是一种有效支持分布式控制和实时控制的总线式串行通信网络,具有物理层,数据链路层和应用层三层协议。CAN 总线专用接口芯片中以固件形式集成了 CAN 协议的物理层和数据链路层功能:可完成对通信数据的成帧处理,包括:位填充、数据块编码、循环冗余校验、优先级判别等多项工作。CAN 总线各节点之间依据优先权进行总线访问,以广播的形式进行通信 CAN 总线产品由于结构简单、应用灵活方便、可靠性强、价格低廉等优点,越来越受到工业界青睐。据 1992 年成立的国际 CAN 用户和制造商非营利组织 CiA(CAN in Automation)统计,在 1998 年销售了 9700 万个节点。其中 80%安装于欧洲。CAN 节点的 80%应用于车辆,其余应用于嵌入式网络和工业控制系统,如工厂控制系统、机器人控制系统、监测系统、机床控制系统等。在欧洲高能物理项目 C
